SOL Mexican Cocina from Xperience Restaurant Group (owner and operator of El Torito, Chevys Fresh Mex, Sol Mexican Cocina, Acapulco and Las Brisas) recently opened its newest location in Irvine, bringing a fresh new vibe to the city’s culinary scene. After a multi-million-dollar renovation SOL showcases an exhibition kitchen, spacious modern dining room, an outdoor bar and an expansive 2861 square foot patio with seating for up to 100 guests. “As our largest location we will be able to offer our Baja California-inspired menu in an upbeat environment to an even wider group,” says Randy Sharpe, CEO of Xperience Restaurant Group.
